Quinta da Palmeira is a 200 years old traditional farm/manor house, built of solid stone and set in the pretty village of Ponta do Sol. The house has recently undergone a series of renovations and is now equipped with a self contained, open plan, studio apartment for private holiday let.

 

The apartment is situated on the first floor at the garden end of the property, with own private entrance and courtyard. Seating area on the Miradouro (view point) adorned with trees, strubs and flowers and not forgetting it's largest asset - the palm tree!

 

 

 

One can enjoy fantastic views of the sea, mountains and local agriculture and architecture from the apartment and the seated viewpoint. Eating 'al fresco' or enjoying a G&T, relaxing with a book or just watching some our wonderful sunsets. 

 

The living area is bright, light and modern. The TV has UK Freeview Satallite (so you can enjoy your regular programs from BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Film 4 etc) and also European Freeview Satallite ( French, German, Italian, Spanish etc) A DVD player is also provided with a small selection of DVD's or bring your own. Internet access is also available via Wi Fi.

 

The sleeping area comprises of a Queen size bed, and the studio is designed for two although a third person can be accomodated by us supplying an extra bed, but please note that sleeping arrangements will not be private.

Towels & Linen and Beach towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Maid service is available by prior arrangement and extra rates will apply.

 

The dining area is set for two people but during warmer evenings eating out on the view point can be very romantic!

 

 

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and includes an oven, 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plates and cutlery and other accessories.
